Think Data Insights was honored to represent the Power BI User Group at Dynamics Summit Nashville 2017, in addition to hosting our webinar, Power BI Desktop Enhancements.  Introducing Power BI to these users was an awesome way for us to participate in telling the powerful Microsoft story.

Power BI Desktop Enhancements

Power BI is many things… a cloud and on-premise analytics and reporting service, a rich set of APIs for developing analytics applications, and a powerful desktop application for individual data exploration and analytics solution building.  Power BI Desktop allows users to solve the most complex data integration and visualization challenges they face in today’s corporate settings.  Power BI Desktop is a constantly evolving product, with monthly updates coming out of Redmond from the innovative Microsoft team.

Every month, Power BI users eagerly await the release summary of new features in the Microsoft Power BI Blog. To understand the most efficient way to utilize the software, we recommend you stay up to date on the current release and browse the summaries of new features. Early in the Power BI story, releases were used to address bug fixes and feature parity, but more recently, they have shifted focus to visualizations, connectivity, storytelling and analytics. Discover how TDI can mentor and guide you in exploring more ways to visualize and present your data using Power BI.

If you missed any of these events, you’re in luck!  Check out a recording of our webinar, as TDI’s Principal, Ken Raetz, demonstrates how to use some of the latest features of Microsoft Power BI.
